im looking to main my havoc dh in 9.1 and was wondering what the legendary situation was like for both pve and pvp? i have nearly 5k ash but havnt got a clue on what to spend it on, i was thinking collective anguish for pvp or maybe chaos theory for both pvp and pve (i have a max 235 burning wound already) any help and advice would be much appreciated as im by no means a expert in pvp but AM willing to learn 
CA for pvp and M+
I think CT is for ST raiding or something like that. It is terrible in pvp as it is rng and chaos strike does no dmg whatsoever
Not sure if darkness legendary is still worth it after the hefty nerf to darkness in 9.1 (probably not)
