Havoc single target damage is too weak.When will the fix come?

I hope soon. Raid is around the corner so maybe if we are lucky enough we will see some tuning coming our way

I dont know … the dmg is way too low, but it is not the core of the problem imo, Demonic and cycle of hatred should have been made baseline longtime ago. We do no dmg, we have no real talent choices and we are the most squishy class outthere … Hopefully fix will come soon or I will be really sad I went with DH instead of warr.

I have pretty well geared MM hunter but i came back to DH since i really love the playstyle… but i hate being the constant source of mockery with people when im losing to tanks in dps. I rather play something i love that something that does dps but its really starting to eat the fun for me when all i see is mockery and bad numbers

For the first time I actually agree with DH being so weak. I don’t ask them to make it op or something but for a main class it is really really bad. You see, other classes are all doing fine because they have a spec that does really good dps. But when it comes to DH, we only have 1 option and it does bad performance.

Absolutely, thats the problem. People say Fury is weak as well, which is true, it is pretty much as bad as havoc atm, the difference is Fury can respec to Arms and do solid dmg (not optimal if you love Fury playstyle for sure, but at least you do not have to abandon the whole class).
It is beyond me how they can give class so little dmg, make it the most squishy and have it the least sustain in the game and in the same patch have MM WW R3 and all rogs just global you down and do 8k dps openings.

I mean we can just say we are warming the bench for the other dps classes. 
People have started playing the top dps specs and im like 97% sure most of them will get nerfed …they cant really nerf us…right? 
so lets just wait at the bench and smile smuggly when our time comes again.
They need to make some of our talents baseline…like first blood… why is it still an option. Now im not using it so im not pressing my blade dance at all… Demonic could be baseline as well.
That is what I have been saying for some time. First blood, Cycle of Hatred and Demonic should be baseline, not really because it adds more dps, but because it makes the class much more fun to play, it feels so clunky and slow and boring without it.

I’m fine with Demonic being a talent, but they need to make the other talents worth taking. For instance Fel Barrage could be uncapped ( or have like 12 max targets ) and Momentum just needs to work different. Maybe they could make it work like WW Mastery ( ‘build momentum’ = combo abilities )
Havoc with Momentum has both Mortal Strike and a dmg buff baked into its mobility, it’s ridiculous.
The Soul Rending ( lvl 35? ) tier is absolute dog. Desperate instincts hasn’t been good in at least 3 years and Netherwalk is an immunity that has a 3 min CD, stops you from attacking and is on the GCD. It’s trash.
Demonic Appetite should be mixed with Eyes of Rage ( -cd on Eye Beam when you pick up orbs )
back in legion they were the same talent

Maybe havoc and 1-2 other classes is weak but the rest is freaky.
I played mostly bgs in this 2weeks and I saw crazy stuffs.
Hunter whit double tap aimshot insta kill you in stealth.
Retardin whit wings and final reconing 3shot you and move on to the next target
Rougue whit the new legendary kill you in 3sec
Same goes with arcane mage her arcane barrage hit 10-15k at max stacks
Frost dk easy hit you whit 8-10k if stacking mastery
And maybe 1-2 other classes but I can’t remember them all
On some of them I have pics on others some of my friends told me.
Every other class in the game that has multiple dps specs is doing good.For example lets take rogues…Assassination and outlaw are underperforming rn. But Sub is insane.That happens in every other class.We Are the only class that has one dps spec and we are treated like s***.From Kings we became peasants asking for mercy…Well then i hope next week when mythic drops we get some…not some many juicy buffs!!

we hardly been ever kings stop saying that cos people actually believe, i’m tired of random mob cluesly repeating we have been op for 4 years when that is not true, most of the time we were bellow average…

We were below average thats true…but with borrowed powers we climbed the ladder
When ? I see a lot of people saying DH was god tier in 8.3 … I mean … But fire mages, destro locks and BM hunters were the classes that were stacked at MDI and dominated arenas … sure we were strong but … we were never really op … And I never mained DH until now so it is not me defending my class.
And with borrowed powers, so did others. Prime example being here Destros, Fire Mages, BM Hunters. They had solid core kits which were already strong on their own and completly went to the Heavens after Corruption hit the servers.
If you ever did well as a DH, it was because your group or guild was doing bad, not because you were an outstanding player or did something right.
Same case scenario now, except that even if you try your best, you are not even mediocre at things anymore.
