HC Dungeon Queue Issues

Is anyone else having issues with the HC dungeon Queues?

If i Try to Queue on my shaman the average queue time is around 4-8 mins. But I will sit in the queue indefinitely. It never pops even waiting 1hr +. But if i switch to another character like my paladin and queue, the Queue pops reliably within 2-4 mins. Both are DPS.

Whats more interesting Of all the runs i have done on my Paladin ive constantly been queued with Hunters, DH, DK, Other Paladins and Monks.

Are some classes currently just blocked from the HC queue or what.

My Shammy has a similar problem, other classes no worries.

I am also having this issue, i have not tried another class yet but my hunter has been in a que for 50 minutes now both normal dungeon and heroic

Hmm I Queued as healer just to see if the queue would pop. And it does. in sub 60 seconds. But i havent had a queue pop for DPS all day on this shammy. Still My ret pala has no issues getting a short DPS queue. Blizzard have to be doing something.

Maybe it’s an alliance problem. Last night the queue times were at ~20min and today they’re around 10-15.
My horde alts barely have a queue time at all

Both my Pala and Shammy are Alliance though.

My only other guess is that classes have separate queues and Ele Shammy being popular this expac is giving them an extreamly long queue time at 1h+ to god knows what. And Palas that keep being ranked bottem (even though they slap) have shorter queues because people arnt playing them or something. IDK There is deffo something going on

I’ve been in HC groups with 3 shamans (me being the healer).

I had put in a ticket. I did finaly get a queue pop at the same time my ticket vanished and it asked me to fill out a survey. Though the response was just a generic copy pasta with no relevance to my ticket. No idea if thats just coincidence though. Re-Queueing now to see if it pops in a normal time. Maybe they did something.

I’m trying to do just 1 heroic dungeon on my shadow priest since last night, not a single queue has worked so far… been waiting for hours. Extremely annoying.

Maybe it’s a hybrid problem? Blizz forcing you guys to heal?

Maybe, I have no idea; but I’m about to give up again. Currently “Time In Queue 55 mins 45 Sec”. I wasn’t feeling the new expansion so far anyway and everything being timegated and stuff (and being stuck in a cave, I just dont like that lol), and now I can’t even do heroic dungeons with my main… it’s pissing me off.

no i have same problem.

on my shaman dps o can find a group in 5min. as dps

my mage queue for 1h+ nothing

Best bet would be to report it as a bug, clearly it is one.

I get a stupid long queue unless i queue with a tank friend. The average time says something really low but the queue time just keeps clocking up.

The queue seems to take account the class you’re playing, when I queue on my rogue I get a pop in 2-4 mins (Alliance also btw), and on my DK about 10-15 mins (Alliance as well).
