I’m happy that we can meet Primus. However that part where he leaves his clone to help with crafting legendaries … that just … I’m speechless

People knew the rune crafter was Primus from the start… :stuck_out_tongue:

Gotta admit I loved the fact that the first thing he tells us is basically “You absolute morons do you have any idea of what you’ve done ?”.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how the players wasted the primus sacrifice by handing the sigil he hid directly to the jailer. Acting like foolish 5yo in a main questline never gets old.

Once we started to visit the Runecarver in game, my friend was like I bet he’s the Primus.

Ofc now he’s totally unbearable because he was right

He is mighty primus who lead all covenant to victory against jailor in past. He is most wise of all leaders.

And he lost his sigil in just 1 min…

The ambition to rise above one’s foes.
The might to crush your foes.
The insight to discern your enemy’s plans.
The guile to outwit your opponent.
The relentless pursuit of victory, even in the face of inevitable defeat.

I loved these 5 traits the Maldraxxi are based upon. Say anything bad about them, but the Primus rocks.

Stands in attention and salutes.

Was a popular theory afaik. The only thing that was pointing against it was that the runecarver and the statue of the primus above the seat dont have the same amount of fingers. Which most waved away with a “they probably didnt pay attention”

Was that a spoiler though?

I mean since the first day we heard about the primus, he was referred to as this master craftsman who disappeared long ago.

And then we visit a random chained dude with a giant figure and a giant mask, similar in shape and size to the eternal ones, in torghast who’s a master craftsman.

I mean if it’s this obvious, i wonder if it’s ok to call it spoiler.

That was yet again, another moment of our characters and npc’s losing every single brain cell when it comes to thinking about consequences.

He shouldn’t be blamed.

The stupidity is in the writing.

And the fact that we’re trying to protect the sigil from the jailer, AND THE FIRST THING WE DO, is to bring that sigil into torghast. In the middle of jailer’s base.

That’s just overwhelmingly stupid. I bet the primus was like, “What am i supposed to do with these morons? If this is what we got, then reality is doomed already”.

To be fair this is partly on him. Should have said “oi, dont look for me. I hid the sigil. Finding me means finding sigil. Baaaaad. You can do that after Zovaal became a loot pinata”

This is another case of beings beyond our comprehension and lifespan once again bowing to mortal wisdom because “so good” like Shandris and Keeshan.

The Fatescribe in Korthia warns against doing it and says that the point of hiding the sigil was to keep it away from Zovaal, but Bolvar “why are people even listening to me anymore given I’ve lost most of the LK mojo” Fordragon ends up knowing “what to do” and getting his way.

Like what the hell.
