Healer Looking for Fun Heroic/mythic raiding guild that also does M+ together

Hiya im looking for a nice guild that doesnt put ppl down.
I currently play al healers druid is being lvled

i got a
369 ilvl Monk mistweaver
370 ilvl Priest Disc atm but could switch to holy easy
351 Ilvl Holy paladin
357 Ilvl Resto shaman i like this one the most :smiley:

What can you expect of me.
Loyalty, and helpfull i dont mind helping ppl run trough M+'s or help them with achievements.
Im social i like to talk a lot ^^;;
and i love to play in team bond so raiding and m+ i love and also some pvp on the side.

What i want from a guild
a Fun place to enjoy to raid and to do M+ together.
I expect not to be thrown away out of a team cause of a merger or any other realy crap reason.
And a good structure base
