I just had a Solo Shuffle game where I was placed in a lobby 50 MMR below my own rating. Before I even played a round, I was already in a losing position. Even when I went even in wins/losses, I still lost rating simply because the other healer was lower MMR.
This system feels extremely punishing for healers:
We get punished more often than rewarded.
One “bad” lobby can erase progress from multiple good ones.
It feels like we “lose before even playing” because the math is stacked against the higher-rated healer.
I understand the system tries to balance lobbies, but the current setup makes healing Solo Shuffle very discouraging. Without healers, the mode doesn’t exist — yet we are punished the hardest.
Right now it feels like healing Solo Shuffle is a trap. Please fix this, because many of us want to queue but the system actively pushes us away.
It’s because Blizzard aren’t matching healers with dps of equal skill level.

Constantly running up and down the ramp in the carnage arena, forcing me to go into line of the paladin and the paladin just spammed repentance instantly as soon as I was in los of him and nobody does anything to stop the paladin. They should honestly get banned for throwing.
I sw:d the repentance? He’s just spamming it, I can’t avoid it if I try to heal because the guy is running up and down the ramps like a maniac and I can’t stay out of sight from the paladin forever or he dies. I fade it? Instantly recasting it again.
Guy also leaped into a kidney shot → smoke bomb without trinket and died. Zero reason to leap, he just wanted to be in melee with the rogue for whatever reason, the rogue had evasion up and he just leaps to him.
The paladin came running across the arena when I got trapped by the hunter, he just came running across the arena and walked up to me and stood there waiting for the trap to fade and then hammer of justice’d me. Not a single try from the warrior to stop him from coming up to me, he just watched him run straight past him.
It’s wild how wildly mismatched DPS are in relation to tanks/healers in Blizzard’s games. I’ve had people just ran straight through my team in overwatch on mccree, he’s not a fast hero. He just comes running through the team and flashbanged me and right-clicked and he got out of there alive as well.
I’ve been constantly posting about this and i got muted. I don’t think anything will change eventually DPS will keep waiting for 20+ / 30+ minutes in order to get a game. Game punishes healers and that’s about it. Damage is unhealable even outside of being CCed.
Since the situation is so complex, the easiest fix is the following:
Lower the title threshold for healers by 100 rating.
Rival at 1700, Duelist at 2000, Elite at 2300.
It benefit any healer who engage in hell called SS
Yesterday again I had situation where all progress melted in one 0:6 and one 1:5 game… First game was fishy, guys never poped any defensive yet playing like r1 against and rotating well, some guys even using their best defensive into nothing, example monk use karma while 100% hp not even targeted… In second game guy was better I admit, I got tileted after first two rounds which was almost win and all spiral down…
But again, those loses are versus same people within same pool, it coud be hard counter, unluck or whatever… but those game cant have more value than multiple wins across different team… Punishement for black swan loses shoudnt be that harsh. Offcourse time will some where someone wipe floor with you, and also time will come when you wipe floor with others but those event shoud not have that much impact !
Its unacceptable to spend hours building ratting than lose it in black swan events.
It has impact as well, if you are RDruid and your mates not use or not rotate their defensives its pretty much AUTOMATIC lose, and some of them use defensives for nothing, some never use, some use at random while not even targeted, some guys use their mitigation where they have 1% hp left. I never understood how someone who have lets say 2k ratting can die like p00p with bubble or block aviable. And those type your mention are best, like guys who go for push and line of sight yet dont want use any defensives, basicly jumps and dies like p00ps. Honestly those guys shoud never ever be able to see 1600+, but variety of noob friendly healing style put them there.
Example of misery in purest form: My team is doing well, we got ALL cooldowns enemy is exausted, than warlock in my team uses his wall for NOTHING at random, and afterwards open himself as viable target, and game turns into lose.
Evry game situation come where raw healing cannot save the day and we lack of mitigation, only solution is desperate cyclone which can be easy punished.
Always funny to see healers WHO Are getting INSTA pops cry about anything. Just get better dud. U have the opportunity, u dont have to Wait hour ques to get into lobby, So funny xDD if u Loose, u could have played better. Focus on urself n improve instead of blaming everything around u mate
You could have used social aspect of game and after one game of ret not using freedom on healer tell him what to do → win the game? Sometimes u also gotta communicate with ppl again, skill issue
