Same with Preservation , bottom tier dogpoo
I like that set bonuses are “almost” dead in pvp in season 2
But I’m annoyed damage dealers still got some nice rotational benefits (free resource procs unaffected by pvp multiplier) with them while healers are screwed

Yeah much OP, i got it more around +1.4% healing but wasnt that worth it too go for 2 set, glad its nerfed by 50% in PvP otherwise a 2.x% healing increase would break the game amd nothing would die
4 set sure makes no difference but i will never know thw stats are bad
