The only addon that probably falls into that category is Clique (but I use it in dps specs, too). Everything else is standard stuff: ElvUI, GTFO, DBM, etc.
I had used Vuhdo in the past, but ElvUI + Clique work better for me.
Far from a decent standard though.
At high levels healbot is godsend and has been around since TBC .
Alot of players in top 100 use it and it doesnt heal for you.
I suggest you actually use it before passing such an inane comment and an insult to the authors .
Is very helpful and should be standard for any healer imho.
You are of no standard to judge others especially when players in top 100 use said addon.
A friend of mine uses an addon, I’ll explain as I don’t know the name.
There is a 5 man squad, and all the healing spells are next to the people’s names, you just have to click the spell you want to use and it’ll heal the person on the row you click.
Not possiable concidering im female but you seem intent on trying to belittle players of a higher standard of you without even trying the addons yourself .

I use Grid 2, configured to show me which target has which of my HoTs, and which has a debuff I can cleanse. This information might well all be in Blizzard raid frames, but mine are far more compact and less ugly.
I place a number of weakauras around the frame to track my cooldowns, so’s I don’t have to constantly hunt for those few things amongst my entire action bar at the bottom of the screen. Most of the time I can tell what’s available from peripheral vision when I’m focussed on my whack-a-mole frame.
Lastly, I have mouseover macros such that if I am hovering a player, the heal goes there, if not then it goes to my target, if not, it goes to me. This saves many additional clicks and the delays inherent therein.
Can I heal without this setup? Yes. Is it as efficient? No. Knowing where my rejuvenating mist has bounced to or when my druid has 1 vs 2 stacks of rejuvenation on a player is relevant info that help optimise my game and not heal targets that don’t need it.
Well, you use Elvui, thats an addon also, right?
Im using healbot for years, also on dps characters. Healbot is not only for healing, but also for dispelling, both defensive and offensive and for buffing.
I can never forget to put up buffs on group, seeing expiring buffs, it shows who is in range, it shows my short duration buffs which every spec has.
I used healbot back in BC and wrath, its just binding spells to my mouse and then heal whoever frame i click and with the spell i have binded to that mousebutton. I still did the work of healing all by myself.
