I used to have a healthbar under my character when i was in fight, before patch. But now it’s gone, anyone know where i can enable it again?

I think you mean the Personal Resource Bar under Interface -> Nameplates (or whatever that submenu is called).

Unless you have addons like ElvUI or KUI, then it may be changable in there.
