When I use my hearthstone it takes me to a weird point in Orgrimmar (kinda just outside the Warchief’s building) rather than where it says (currently Silverwind Refuge in Ashenvale). I think this is likely due to me using my Monk Zen Pilgrimage from this point earlier but I have done multiple pilgrimages since then.

Hord to have a bug with the Heartstone, no matter were you try to have it set to, it will only teleport you to Org.
I have the same problem. Description on HS says “teleports you to Dalaran” (or somewhere else) but I keep coming back to Orgrimmar no matter what. And yes, I’m monk, but I’m not sure that previously I used my Zen pilgrimage at this point.

Same problem here. Also happens with the Scroll of Recall
I’ve found a solution that worked for me. Delete your hearthstone from the bag, then get a new one from the innkeeper. New hearthstone now works correctly, at least after the first try.
UPD: after re-login it teleports me back to Orgrimmar again 
look like hard bug that blizz still cant fix it…
Happened to me on my Panda Monk as well. Had my stone set to Dalaran, today its reset to Stormwind.
