Is there any way to use Greater Tiger Fang Inscription on a heirloom? the min requirement lvl for the enchant is lvl 32 i tried to use on a lvl 32 char but it says the heirloom ilvl is to high. Even if i dont have an heirloom upgraded it still says the heirloom is to high level even on a lvl 32 character.
