Hey,
I can’t find my items on Item restoration page. I accidentally deleted all four items which I was using while levelling. I only found one of them (trinket) from the page but rest of them aren’t there, but weapon, shoulders and chest are lost.
Has anyone had same issues? Nowadays I contacting GMs directly seems to be so hard…
If you can’t see it on the item restoration page, neither can a GM. They see the same page as you.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
The only thing you can do is make a “not listed here” ticket and see if they can help, their data might contain stuff that page doesn’t see, but be prepared for a long wait and possible disappointment.

Heirloom items do not need to be restored, as they can be recreated freely in-game, from your Collection. 
If you’re referring to some other kind of item, and if it’s no longer available on the item restoration page, I’m afraid that game masters wouldn’t be able to restore them, as the database available to you on the website are the same as the one we use.
Unless like the character they posted on, it’s in Classic. I thought that didn’t have the same tab as retail.
