Why heirloom for twinks dont give me secondary stats such as - crit,resilence ,haste. Blizzard are you ok ?

If it’s just for a twink you’re okay cause they do work in instances (bgs and dungeons).
They don’t work in the open world though.

but dont give me hast crit ,it must work on the open world
Yeah but they don’t atm cause the monkeys Blizzard hired have other priorities.

Give those poor two interns working on classic a little bit of space to breathe 
I don’t think the stuff they use to buff the yacht with is that safe to breathe so this feels like a human rights violation in the works ;(

Well, I’d say that the yach is property of their superiors. The two interns assigned to classic now have more important matters than game development and management, such as cleaning the yacht of their bosses or serving the drinks.
That’s why I called them poor.
They appear to have been fixed after last nights maintenance, my loomed character has hit rating and resilience at least.
