Heirloom upgrades requires level 60 with timewarped badges

I was waiting this TW event so badly to upgrade all my heirlooms without wasting any gold, I did tiwewalking dungeon runs in BFA until I got 120k timewarped badges. When I saw, this morning, toons below 60 can’t even see the items at the vendor I just wanted to cry. Why is this even a thing when I have 8 level 60s in both factions?

One of many over-sights by blizzard.

So you have 120k badges on alts somehow but your alts on which have it are too low lvl and vendor does not show /sell stuff you wanted to/you can’t see it to buy.

Make bug report?, tweet at devs.

I could see them as a level 50. Did you skip maw and pick your covenant? Not sure if that would help.

My alts are all 50-58 and none of them can see the new upgrade. Only level 60 characters allowed me to buy them.

I used several characters with and without The Maw intro skipped. Also characters with campaign (level 58) and characters with Threads of Destiny, none of them have the new upgrades on the timewalking vendor. Only level 60s do

Sorry, I’m such a muppet, I thought you meant the oribos one even though that’s for gold :woman_facepalming: yes that is a massive oversight by blizzard.

I mean the timewalking vendor but that makes it even more senseless.
