I'm starting my DH alt and I was wondering where I can buy 98-110 heirlooms as horde faction?
Same place you buy the base heirlooms and upgrades - Undercity, Rogue Quarter...the female undead under what people would call a stand or something.
Though as 120 you need to talk to the NPC outside Undercity to phase to Undercity/Tirisfal before it was destroyed.

You don't buy 100-110 heirlooms, exactly.
You buy 1-60 heirlooms, upgrade them to 1-90, then 1-100, then 1-110. The upgrades get more expensive each time.
If you already have 100 heirlooms,you obviously need only one upgrade.

She's on top of Orgrimmar entrance wall right now actually

One more thing, do the undercity vendor and orgrimmar vendor(on the gate) have same heirloom items? Or you prefer me one over another as demon hunter

That's the same NPC. It's like asking if you prefer undercity sylvanas or orgrimmar one :D

To the best of my knowledge I reckon that the guild vendor also sells em but you need to be exalted with your guild to get . plus the same guy sells mounts and pets
