Something is very wrong with heirlooms item level. They have lower item level than greens now. At level 15 the heirloom ilvl is 40 and green is 48.
Who though that was a good idea?

I’ve noticed the same… they seem rather useless now?
The only use they have right now is carrying enchants and 1g transmogs.
Well I noticed during prepatch that all my alts got blues from event bosses that were significantly lower ilvl than heirlooms. I think something was broken in loot generation scaling at lower levels during prepatch and now the same broken code is used to determine ilvl of heirlooms in TWW.
