Just tried to do Hellfire Citadel Mythic clear for mount drop, took the skip portal to upper citadel, killed all bosses, took portal to Mannoroth, killed the 3 mobs surrounding him… anddddd he decides not to spawn, sat around and waited a bit but he’s just remaining a pile of bones…

Same here, even went outside and tried to reset the instance but nothing happened.
went offline for 1 hour, resetted again and went in again. worked for me. i pulled one of the mobs with taunt instead of killing it instantly, maybe that helped.
