Hellfire Citadel Mythic, Mount?

Hey, I am farming HFC M for the mount, but my addon “rarity” doesnt count my attempts, and i am starting to wonder if i am doing something wrong?

hovering the mouse over the boss/corpse, states i have 23 attempts, but i have way more than that. As i am farming it on 10 toons each week.
Normally after a kill, rarity will spit out the attempt in chat, which it doesnt do here.

Anyone know why/what/how?

for clarification. I am soloing the place and its on mythic.

If you are having problems with an addon you are probably better off asking for help by the creator.

The reason i am asking here. Is because of the possibility that its not the addon! but something else entirely. Since it works for all my other farms just fine.
But thanks for your input.
