What Borbarsa said, it’s a one way ticket.
You can either reroll and start afresh, putting the previous (mis)adventure down to experience, or carry on and maybe make another Panda Alt later to enjoy the fun and thrills of the Panda Island.

But teleport to Jade Forest unlocking on 80lvl ?
Yes, but that’s not the starter Isle.
When you go to Pandaria you will pick up some lore that explains the existence of the Turtle and how it got there. (It’s not in a fixed place as it swims about)

As monk you will be able to go back to the turtle at lvl 100 when you get the legion artifact and you can teleport to monk class hall

Monk class order hall is set in pandalandia I’m pretty sure. Get your class to 110 and check it out.

You can if you are monk. Monk class hall is on your home island.
You don’t go back to Pandaria as the Wandering Isle isn’t in Pandaria, you were never in Pandaria. As a monk you can go to Pandaria with Zen Pilgrimage (at least until you do Legion class hall quests). Otherwise you can only go there when you are level 80.
As a monk you are lucky, you will be able to get back from level 100. It’s slightly different because of time passage but it’s the same place and you will be able to go to every part of it.
