Hello. I am not sure, what the fuss is. To blizzard

Hello there! ^^ to anyone who is reading, or to people from blizzard! I just wanted to say, that generally speaking, I have no real issues with wow. Sure, its a bit more action rpg, than it was in classic. But I can play classic if I want to…Frankly. I think that a lot of people are just having a moan, for the sake of it. And people do that a lot, you cannot go into a battleground without chat devolving into -ged guds- and Ur-bads-…Ect…
.
I Imagine that’s quite demoralizing, so I wished to say to blizz that personally at least? I have never really seen something and been like. OMFG WTF BLIZZ DEAD. Not really…I really do think its people over reacting, or maybe they just preferred things a different way…But I don’t think thats really an excuse for them to spit their dummies out so to speak…
.
Here are some things, I personally really like just on a side note. All the new customization options, and transmog options, My beloved acolyte disguise heart. The lore! Mhmh, I like the depth that you are seeking to flesh out with it. Its a long way, from all evil looking magic being shadow magic ^^ and personally. I play world of warcraft for its fantasy world. So, thanks for that there! Because I hear a lot of people rag on it, but like…I think they miss the point, that an attempt is being made to flesh it out and make it fun and interesting. I sometimes think that people just don’t appreciate finer details and are confused…Oh, and all the beautifull locations that have been cropping up. I remember the new Shadowmoon valley fondly.
.
Anyhow, I am not having a rant at anyone or anything, but I just wanted to express that I have never felt any of this outrage or panic, or anger that some people seem to. I say just go along for the ride, and enjoy. And generally give some slack to peeps that have put years of work into this…Its not a science, and balencing creativity with money making is I think is one of the hardest thing to do.
Love from a fan. To blizzard, and peeps.

Ps. I also wanted to know, I am after the ashen ink from zargox the ehh-…eternal. Forgot his name…But! I wanted to know, If I can just keep farming him? If the 1% drop rate still has a chance, even if I have looted the anima from him for the day. I wanted to know if that only applies to the anima, the rare loot each day. Or if I can only attempt to loot the ink once a day…Thank you!

It all comes down to change right, lets go all the way back to cata the old world changed a LOT and people to this very day HATE it, panders hated them and on and on till now, what you have is a lot of people that dont like change that much. BUT.

Blizz do not help themselves, most issues can be delt with in beta that the communaty have, Blizz just don’t read or understand what people are telling them. Now add in what feels like a very long content drought (but really isn’t) and you get a lot of unhappy players. The truth is people burn though contant that quick Blizz just cant keep up so Blizz gose overborde and dumps 20 new systems in and people are overwelmed.

People loved Classic the pacing was spot on back then, but you can’t have a classic game like that in the moden world when people want there cake and to eat it on 1 one. We have classic now but it’s stale for people who want to live in the past, but live is all about keeping you addicted wile you get that next big shiny item.

So people get borde and leave.

From Wowhead comments:

“Zargox is lootable once per day, and can be summoned as often as you like.”

“It probably drops only if you have obtained Acolyte’s Guise”

“According to All The Things, Ashen Ink may drop for non-necrolord characters, but only if you have obtained Acolyte’s Guise on a necrolord alt.”

How to Summon Zargox the Reborn

  1. Go to Snyder Sixfold: /way #1536 26.2 42.6 Synder Sixfold

  2. Accept his quest Ani-Matter Animator.

  • (If Snyder does not offer you this quest, speak to him and he’ll give you Ani-Matter Orb.)
  1. Go directly to /way #1536 28.8 51.4 Bone Mass spawn location .

Important Points

  • You do not need to complete Ani-Matter Animator before summoning Zargox. All you need is Ani-Matter Orb and Bone Mass to be spawned.

  • Zargox is lootable once per day, and can be summoned as often as you like.

  • Zargox spawns at 50% HP. He is soloable.

  • When spawned, Bone Mass will appear on the mini-map as a yellow dot.

  • Don’t stray far from the Bone Mass spawn point. If Bone Mass spawns, another player could summon and kill Zargox if you’re not watching.

  • If you have an addon that displays item IDs (such as idTip), Bone Remains with id 157169 will always spawn animates that aren’t hostile. All others seem to be 50/50 on whether the spawned animate will be hostile or not.

since you ask what the fuzz is i will answer, the expansion launched in december, its almost 4 months now, sure if you are a casual player like your self you can log here and there do your transmog runs, run around do sightseeing, i dont know what else talk to flowers and be happy

but there are quite many who just run out of content to do, got ahead of the curve, some even got CE, got KSM did pvp ranked up or did not pvp at all since i dont think the majority does, people even leveled several alts and geared them up those players are not getting any new updates until late june-july(according to speculations), they got no reason to keep sub running, unless they will try the over hyped tbc

blizzard will milk tbc as much as possible until they release new content to retail imo

add to that all the balancing issues the game had and still has, the bugs that were not fixed since beta, not fun bosses on mythic like slg,la total lack of communication from blizzard, here you are the built up frustration

my guild right now is trying to get CE we got two bosses left and almost all of us are raid logging atm, the majority of us will be stopping wow i believe until new content

I would challance you to go back in the past and see this is not a new thing, this content drought is a simptome of the growing unrest in the player base rather than a real thing. Google wow content drought and you will see longer times than this, back in 2016 we had a year long one so a few months is hardly ground braking, this time is FEELS longer than it really is.

As far as i know there has never been such a long content drought at the beginning of the expansion.

We are looking at august being plausible for a release of the patch 9.1, 9.1!

Not even bfa was so slow.

add to the content issues blizzard laying off employees

also blizzard changed the pricing in some regions

merely explaining the frustration and disappointment on the forum

You’re comparing the end of the expansion with the beginning. At the end there has almost always been a content drought, that’s to be expected, if not totally pleasing. But at the beginning this is unprecedented!

PS I said almost always, ironically that last time there wasn’t was in TBC, when the Sunwell was released around 7 months before WotLK (but even at the time that felt like a pity patch)!

Warlords.

Although there was a patch officially called 6.1 in February of WoD, it wasn’t a full patch, and it took a LOT of heat (“the Selfie patch”[*]). Ion later observed that they should not have called it 6.1, but 6.0.5. Well, he did fix that mistake with 9.0.5.

.

[*] P.S. Apparently the Selfie functionality and achievements were developed by one designer and one programmer working on their own time. Every time I reference “the Selfie patch” I feel obliged to apologise to those two for how it is known. At least those two did something.
