checked item restoration if i maybe deleted them… found nothing… i’m 10.000% sure i had them in the bank as i don’t have the level to open them yet. why does this happen? hello?

Had like 2 or 3 froststeel boxes in my bank and 1 titanium lockbox, they just vanished?
Certain lockboxes that weren’t meant to drop were removed from the game.
Okay i understand, but that doesn’t mean ALL lockboxes from my bank should be removed? I got 1 lockbox in the pre-patch, the others dropped AFTER the release. Why did all my boxes get removed? Seems like the programmers forgot to put a BETWEEN in their database statement? Like the date it dropped for me must be in there right? To be perfectly frank, the way this was done seems really unfair and too hastily done.
If you think it’s done in error, you can create a ticket to get it looked at.
