can i loot the 50 things i need from lfr and also normal diff? or just from either one per week.

A Recap of Discoveries
The limit was increased by 10 per week, this week you should be able to hit 50. There were issues initially with drop rates, they applied a one off fix mailing us a load.
If you are only just picking up the quest you can kill as many bosses on as many difficulties as you like for as many chances as possible to pick up Echoed Ephemera.

Have you had ten this week? If you’ve been doing it since the start, you should have reached the 50 this raid week. If you started later you will have to keep getting your 10 a week.
As far as I’m aware there is no catch up but if you find otherwise, do let us know!
i just took the quest now and i have 39 after doing full lfr clear.

trying to kill lfr boss again to see if i can loot the rest will confirm or deny after.
i could not loot from lfr. i wonder if i can from normal/heroic

quest is now complete in less than 1 hour.

It probably takes 2 resets for the average person to get their helm enchant from scratch. Which seems perfectly reasonable honestly given you’ll be far from done gearing in that time anyway.

This week i went from 14 to 50 in lfr on a alt so youll probably get it next reset if you started this week.

Noob question how do one start this quest ?
the quest is started inside the raid, i just did lfr from start and took the quest. i looted 38 from lfr then did normal and looted the rest.
Though, this week gave me 13 when i did heroic raid first.
Was at 37 after last week.
Guess it’s a a cap like for crests. And now it’s at 50 either way.

Yeah there also seems to be no limit including doing it on various difficulties.
It’s basically just an artificial time gate. They might as well have just had this quest pop up on Week whatever we are and give everyone it.
I got mine at the entrance in the first wing, but I don’t know if she gives the quest throughout, I’ve never checked. She does keep moving as you progress.
Cap was increased to 20 this week for those who may have missed a boss or two over the past 5 weeks.
There is no cap now by the looks of it

An item drops off the first boss accept the quest talk to meritha and get the quest for the enchant

Funny story u Had that quest on my pala since like week 1 of lfr but didnt realise its something more then the generic raid skip quests so i ignored it . Oh well will get IT on wednesday
