Help! 12-month sub purchased on wrong wow acc

First, if you have 2 wow account on your battlenet account make sure, when you buy a sub (especialy 12-month one) to buy it on right wow account. Seems like refund is close to not possible.

Second. I would like to ask for a help. With recent promo on 12-month sub i have decided to buy one since i will be playing anyway. But to my surprise i have bought it on my wow US region account, witch i did not know i even have on my battlenet account, insted of on my EU account where i normaly play. I have immediately asked for refund. It was possible and ticket was created. This morning i have checked and it looks like i have no refund ticket solved (none is in history either), cant ask for refund second time. I can still see sub in order list. Is there anything i can do to escalete this issue? 150$ aint small sum of money for me nor i think it is for anyone. If it would be one month i would not bother anyone and take a bullet but 150$ is just a bit much for me atm.

If you’re not seeing your ticket, can you make sure that you’re logged in the US site? You can simply change the eu. to us. in the URL, such as:

https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/case

Hello there, i have used link from previous posts with similar issue and it seems it works. I have no idea why i can not “click” there using site i am getting directed too.
