hello is there someone with a fully upgraded uuna who didnt defeat Baa’l yet who can help me out? i was upgrading Uuna but the doll in the macaree house doesnt spawn so im pretty much stuck.

I’m afraid your chances are low. It has to be someone with not only an upgraded Uuna, biut who has done all the steps to get to Baa’l, but hasn’t got him.
Someone with an upgraded Uuna who hasb’t done any of the steps would have to do all those steps to help.
If Uuna’s Doll isn’t spawning for you, I’d say ticket a GM, though I haven’t heard of that before. Are you sure?
