I see that I have much lower damage numbers than other enemy shadows in RBG.
I would like you to please give me some tips, guides, to see where I failed and why.
I think it’s not the talents, I think it’s more the way of playing. What should I do? throw vampiric and pain at everything that moves to increase my damage numbers?

It may be worth playing with talents. Looking at yours I might think twice about not having mind flay insanity and putting points into SW:D . Insanity syncs nicely with the talents that make it buff your dot damage.
Also buffing apparations and the crit chance after dark asension not that useful, can you get this into reducing damnation cooldown instead?
Your mindbender based Idol is nerfed now, go for the right hand idol that does the echoes, below the damnation cooldown points on the right of the tree? These echoes really help in crowd situations.
Lastly pvp talents - swap psyfiend for the talent which wipes seconds off your dark ascension cooldown when attacked - that way you can be proccing DA with void volley every maybe 40 seconds which increases your dps a lot.
Lastly go for some videos on burst rotations e.g. DA>PI> Damnation>Mindgames>MB MB DP MB buffed MS SW:D. The burst seems pretty tricky to me and I often screw it up.
