Help! Can't Install the Game!

Hello, Since Yesterday i’ve been trying to install the game, WoW retail but the installer just wont start, it remains at Initializing…please wait and after a while it gives me an error and it tells me to restart bnet app. I’ve tried to run it as administrator, i’ve turned off my firewall, i’ve tried reinstalling the bnet app and the still problem occurs. please help i dont know what else i can do. it also keeps telling me its updating but nothing happens, stuck at 0%. i repeat im just trying to reinstall the game

If anyone needs it - this is the only solution that worked for me: Resetting the WMI Repository:

1. Press **Windows+Q** and type **cmd** into the search bar that pops up.
2. Right-click on **Command Prompt** and select **Run as Administrator**
3. Type **net stop winmgmt** into the command prompt and press enter.
4. When prompted if you wish to continue, type **Y** and press enter.
5. Type **winmgmt /resetrepository** into the command prompt and press enter.
6. Restart your computer to pick up the changes

They really should add “Resetting the WMI Repository” to that guide.
