Help: how to unlock Nightborne race!

Hello everyone! Today, I bought Battle For Azeroth. I just leveled some characters and decided I wanted to pursue WoW.

So I bought it, and I want to play the Nightborne. So, I boosted a warlock goblin to 110. And now I’m stuck.

I don’t get how I am supposed to start the quest to get the Nightborne at all. Some people say visit Khadgar, and others say I need to go to the Horde’s base to get the quest there, and other say go to Sylvanas. I just don’t know anymore and feel like an absolute fool.

Am I supposed to finish the quests I already have to eventually unlock the Nightborne? I have the quest “A Dying World” atm.

First and foremost you need exalted with nightfallen to even start on aquiring them, just like the other allied races with their own rep. However come 9.0 all the rep requirements is removed.
