Help i bought Wow Shadowlands on wrong region

Hey all, i bought the game at https://us.shop.battle.net/en-gb
but i accidently used on US region. Is there a way to refund the game to my battle.net balance so i can buy at EUR region ?

Hi Aloiss,

You may be able to request a refund from the Orders history page (on the US region account page of your account).

Otherwise you’ll need to open a ticket to Support explaining the situation, and they’ll look to see if they’re able to help :slight_smile:

sorry i couldnt find a refund option but i opened a ticket about it

Go to https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/166/1152/solution and make sure it says ‘us’ not ‘eu’ in the url when you get there (it changes sometimes when it realises you’re not in the US). Click on continue and you may get your refund.
Then rebuy but make sure you have ‘eu’ in the url.

i did but it says “None of your orders are eligible for refund” i think because pack contains a game time it may interrupt refund.

I guess that would make sense. I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for your ticket to be answered in that case

Good news they helped me by refunding the game back to my credit card so i can buy again with no mistake this time. :grinning:

Good luck! There’s obviously a wrong link somewhere as a lot more people than usual have come here saying they ended up with a US Shadowlands.
