Hi, I’m writing here because it says my ticket will take 14 days and I can’t find a way to live chat or anything…
I’m panicking because I had saved gold for a long time to get a 291 belt today and once I was gonna craft Unity, guess what, I managed to instead upgrade the old belt which can’t be used together with another legendary.
There is no way for me to get the gold necessary to get another one so I’m trying to beg support to revert what I just did, or just delete the legendary belt and give me the gold back. Just anything that lets me have the 291 Unity belt and not have to wait 2 weeks.
Please help me! I’d be really grateful if someone would look into this now since I’m actively raiding and I really can’t wait 2 weeks for this.
I’m sorry but it seems that customer support is now hands off for these cases:
"You will not have the base item or missives refunded.
Customer Support cannot refund items spent on crafting a legendary and cannot swap a legendary for another."
Once a legendary is upgraded this is permanent because there is no option in-game to reverse it.
Customer Service offers no assistance with this.

The game literally puts up a prompt, showing you what will be crafted. If you hit ok on that too, that’s on you, I’m sorry.

But there’s no problem to be solved. The game warns you as Ancelyn said. You have to be pretty much blind to keep clicking through.
I know its not what you wanted to hear, but this one is all on you.
I hope you learned a lesson to not blindly click “ok”, yes. Especially when there’s a timer before the button even becomes active, and a warning that this is irreversible.
It’s not being smart it’s being observant.
