Hello WoW Technical Support forum.

I am here writing a post for the very first time to help people with connection issues and things to improve during you’r time spent whether you stream games or just play games in general

Basics.

**Method 1.
Restart your computer.
If you’re using a laptop make sure you wireless is turned on by holding Fn and press the Wi-Fi button

Method 2. Reboot a Router and Modem

  1. Unplug the router and the modem . …
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds. …
  3. Plug in the modem . …
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds. …
  5. Plug in the router . …
  6. Wait at least 2 minutes. …
  7. When the router and modem restart , test to see if the problem went away .

Intermediate.

Method 1. How to Flush and Reset the DNS Cache in Windows 10

  1. Select the “Start” button, then type “cmd“.
  2. Right-click “Command Prompt“, then choose “Run as Administrator“.
  3. Type ipconfig /flushdns then press “Enter“. (be sure there is a space before the slash)

that does nothing btw i dont understand how 100s of peopls routers all get the same problem after a wow patch

And make sure there is no space after the slash aswell, as we see in your example - cuz it will not work…

Next, it is also worth to add “ipconfig /renew” which also isn’t that bad to use, and probably even “ipconfig /registerdns” aswell - all depends on situation ofc.
