Help me find these shoulders!

hello everyone,
i saw a transmog the other day and was wondering what the name of it was. It was a set of shoulders that was a bone/skeletal looking dragon head with green flaming eyes.

Oh! Those are mail shoulders from Trial of valor. The raid finder ones.
The only way to get them is through the Ensemble: Chains of the Chosen Dead The raid finder variant.
