Help me find this song, from in game

Hello!

I have given up a few times already on this, so I figured maybe someone on the forum can help me scratch this unsolved itch in my brain.

There is a song that I can’t find on YouTube, despite it being kinda catchy and also being around since Vanilla. It is 100% because I don’t know what to search for. In my head, I connect this tune to dwarves, and more specifically to dwarf fortresses or some dwarf cellars. It is not any of the tavern songs. And it is also not a slow, ambient song. When I hear this song in my head, it reminds me of the dwarf fortress in south barrens and maybe also one of the cellars in Loch Modan.

Any ideas???

If it’s ingame, you could look for it in the vanilla WoW soundtrack. It should be among those tracks then. First comment there has the tracks with timestamps.

Thanks for the tip. I clicked quickly through, but it is not there. But I can also tell that despite the video saying “full”, there is a lot of music missing.

Damn, Im about to take an early day and go home to record it! I am so curious what Blizzard has named this soundtrack!!

Its apparently called WoW - Battle 04

I am curious, do tell if you know this song from anywhere else than in those dwarf areas I described.

I googled for that name and found a video with a description saying its played at Scarlet Monastery, Shadowfang Keep, Alterac Valley and Molten Core. Those at least, there’s probably more areas because I’m pretty sure I’ve heard it elsewhere.

Ah, yes, SFK! I remember it from there too.
Then it all makes sense as to why my dwarf searches didn’t result in anything.

Glad you found it.

I was going to suggest Brewfest music. Or that tavern that’s in one of the Blackrock dungeons where there is drinking and singing and fighting.

It the music in the alliance building in WSG where the enrage buff is. If it is it just a short loop.
