I tried find scales in ice. But dont see, only NPC Glimmberfin Scout stand on.
I cant get Glimmberfin scales. Is it random drop guest?
According to this guide video
the scale drop on the ice floe is a bit glitchy.
Hazel recommends you go away and come back to the zone, or set War Mode on or off, or just wait.

I switched my druid and flied same place. Still not see quest, same Glimmberfin Scout here.
BUT. When noticed I can click Glimmberfin Scout when it scared and leaved. Quest dropped.
