The idea is to try it and have some fun.
-Looking for a build for 1vs1 duels and wpvp content. Example: cyclone is not needed.
-Reduce a bit the keys that I need to press and the number of abilities
-Improve survivability and help me fight a bit face to face without much of an need to run away to heal.
If possible share your build here including pvp talents.

Personally I like the healing side so for world pvp which is all I have basically done along with some bgs I sustain myself a lot and can keep going for a long time, I prefer incarn too to convoke as its more sustained, targeted burst which also allows me to stealth in combat like rogues vanish which is great + night elf shadowneld which means I can restealth twice during combat is awesome 
I keep trying to do keys but honestly I just keep doing wpvp is super fun
A 1min convoke build
You stun your target and convoke it to death
Outside of convoke you still have some damage with bite but you will have to hit and run

Brutal slash isn’t needed you can swap it with whatever you prefer.
Basically you want to bleed your target with an open like
Rake thrash rip
Then feral frenzy into full stun into convoke
After that survive until your next convoke if your target isn’t dead
it will be very hard to play face to face as feral right now even harder since bleeds do nothing. Your best bet is catching someone off guard and sending full incarn or maybe cheese with convoke on him while cced but staying longer you will just get smacked
I have read that it is the “best” combo point generator
This is the best you can get if you look for something universal.
You can also drop 1 point of Saber Jaws and put it into Adaptive Swarm- thats how i play.
Adaptive swarm increases the healing you do from Bear Form by 20% too.
Also i dont know why you want to play without Cyclone. Cyclone is good 1v1 too.
As a convoke enjoyer, convoke is not a good choice right now.
I do get some kills when people are at 30% Anyway I am enjoying bgs where everything is allowed. My biggest issue is that if during convoke someone gets a distance and then my convoke starts casting wraths 
Youre not playing it correctly.
Think of better ways to use convoke.
Like during a stun.
I never use convoke on a target that is not stunned.
Ideally you want then fully bleeded with rip, rake, shred and thrash.
You should also develop the habbit of not opening with stun.
But…
Or as i said earlier.
Play Incarnation instead.
Its way better as health pools are bigger, and you wont find much use of convoke.
