Hi, I am hoping that someone can help - the automated help service keeps sending me around the same loop, with no option to raise a ticket, leaving me a bit frustrated.
One of my characters fell through the scenery in Silitus. Whenever I try and log in to her, I am disconnected again. I have tried the advice offered (repairing wow, renaming WTF, cache and interface) and used the unstuck self-service twice in the last couple of days, but still can’t log on.
Anyone else having issues?
