I’d appreciate your help nailing down some numbers for a discussion we’re having about scaling.
The objective is to measure mob HP as seen by characters of specific ilevels.
Depending on your overall item level, you will see the same mobs as having different amounts of health. Some months ago, I made notes of a couple of mobs I saw on a couple of alts as I geared up, at various ilevels, and I append those notes below, but there are gaps I’d like to fill in. Also, to check my own typing, and any weirdnesses that may arise from spec or role changing.
If you want to contribute an observation, here’s what to do:
First, Note down your TOTAL ilevel (not equipped ilevel, and no, vendoring gear temporarily does not reduce your total ilevel), class, spec. The particular ilevels that we’re interested in are as close as possible to every 20 ilevels from 300: 320, 340, 360, 370, 400, and then 415, but all data is useful.
Blizzard have made it really awkward to reduce your total ilevel - I think you need to vendor, log out, and would have to use Item Restoration later - SO DON’T DO THAT! I don’t want anyone to lose pieces of gear accidentally in this test. Just use whatever alts you have and provide whatever numbers you see.
Second, Go to where either one of these mobs is in the world.

Ride west out of Temple of the Devoted.
Choose the Southern bridge out.
Jump South (right-hand) off the bridge before you cross it, and Atrivax Lashers are ahead of you, each with three smaller lashlets.

Drustvar 66 55. These are the annoying spiders that root you in one of the Drustvar WQ.
Alliance: ride West from Fletcher’s Hollow FP across the bridge and veer a bit left as you go up the hill.
Horde: ride West up the hill from Swiftwind Post FP
I think both of these mobs will show the same HP to someone of a given ilevel.
