Could anyone give me some advice? I tried to level an alt in TWW (lvl 70) but I can’t find the scroll that teleports you to Silithus, I tried going direct but there’s no thrall to give me the very first quests. I can take the portal to Donegal but again, there’s no quests. Anyone know what to do if your scroll is missing? Thanks, please don’t burn me, I’m old…

I don’t know which is the best way exactly, but some thoughts:

  1. Did you try going to Legion Dalaran?
  2. Have you talked to Thrall in Isle of Dorn, and Brann in Dornegal?
  3. I have some Horde 70s with the starter quest that haven’t done anything yet. With Party Sync, you could probably join and continue the quest. Are you available online now? Are you on that alt in Chamber of Aspects?

Further suggestions after checking Wowhead

  1. Have you completed the Hunt for the Harbinger storyline? are you on it somewhere? https://www.wowhead.com/storyline/hunt-for-the-harbinger-5519
  2. Talk to Zidormi at the top right of the map, near the V of "Valor’s Rest"totry to get to the current phase

Or the quest might be available like this:

  1. Open your Adventure Guide (default bound to Shift + J).
  2. Click the tab for Suggested Content
  3. Click “Accept Quest” for The War Within. (Might have to use left/right arrows if the quest is not the first one.)

did you level your first toon to 80?

When you say Alt here I assume this means you’ve already leveled a character to 80?
This should have unlocked any portals etc Account Wide.

Going to the capital city should pop the quest automatically.
If not perhaps the Warboard will have the quest?

You’ve likely received a few quests. The quest for Silithus is for access to your portable Warband Bank. There should be another quest that takes you to Legion Dalaran.

The warbank quest is at gadgetzan. The Silithus one is just the thing they need.

Thanks so much, followed your advice and everything is working fine now, speaking to Thrall resolved it. Really appreciate your help…
