Hi. I want to start the new expansion now. But i cant decide which class to play. I like the idea of templar warrior,warrior of light. So my question is : worth to main retri pala? Never played as main. Main i was hunter,healer and tank dk/druid. My main goals in game are: farm transmog for my main,2k score rio and some hc raid with my guild.And last open world stuff,I am casual player. Ty
A lot of specs could get this done, so by all means, go with one that appeals to you. If you really want to optimize transmog farming I suppose you might want something that can travel easier (mage) or run through instances faster (like, any other class).

For m+ you will have easy and strong spec, for solo content such as delves too since you can kite around , but for pvp you will have really hard time since our slow is the worst of all classes/specs.
I will say go for it, until you play the rotation and have a feeling on how it works , you can’t know if you like it or not.
Right now as mentioned, it is a solid PvE spec and you won’t find any trouble getting in groups but as you know things can change.
For PvP i think it is a very good class and unless you want to go for the elite top you wont find trouble . I usually play random BGs and i enjoy it at its current form (yes mobility and lack of healing reduction effect is a problem ) but in general it is a solid good spec.
As i said in the beginning , you have to play it to see if the game style fits to your liking
