Help plz The hunt

Can anyone help me. i just ding 60 on my DH and i pick the hunt it looks so cool and fun. and it has a cooldown on 1,5 right? nope my cooldown is 2 mins
Even the tooltip says in game no addons 1.5 after i use it it says 2 mins.

others have this problem?

I think the tooltip rounds up. If you time it I think you’ll find it is 90sec
