Hi everyone. Hoping someone can help me and my friend with something.
My friend is trying to start the class hall campaign from Legion on her shaman. The character is level 60 and it is a resurrected chracter and it has a Dalaran hearthstone already but no class hall portal on krasus landing and may also have been a boosted character, we’re not 100% sure on that.
When we go to Legion Dalaran we go to the well where Thrall usually is for the Shaman order hall intro but he is not there, and no npc spawns giving a breadcrumb quest.
She cannot use Chromie since she is 60
She has no quests in her log at all
Theres nothing Legion related on the command boards.
She is tracking low level quests just in case.
We are not sure if the character being ressurected is having an effect on this or if its because the character is lvl 60 and the game is trying to funnel her to Dragonflight content. She has no quests in her log either.
maybe you need to start legion quest from the beginning,

there are so many different bugs with legion and class halls that keep happening so it’s hard to tell if it’s a bug or not. the best solution is contacting a gm imo
I have no idea unfortunately. But I was wondering, if the char was boosted, if your friend is attached to it? If not, perhaps it’d be easier to just both roll something new, and level in Legion together?

If she is level 60 she may have to do the Dragonflight intro quests before the Legion quests will show up. If that doesn’t work she could try using the addon BtWQuests (downloadable from Curseforge) and the Legion plugin. That should show if she has already done some Class Hall quests and if so, where she can continue.
I would say contact a GM in-game. I had lvl 70 character (normal leveling) & boosted ones (50-60-70), the quest shows up every time after I get my dalaran hearthstone (usually by a small npc popping up next to my char).
Just to add, though, you can still enter Chromie time if you’re 60. You just have to go through the dialogue and it will eventually give an option to choose it.
I can see as you mentioned that the issue was between the keyboard and hte chair but thought I’d remind people that there is a command to see whether or not you’ve done a quest. The command is now shown on each quest’s wowhead page.
You could go through the order hall guide and check each quest until you find the one you haven’t done. Might take a wee while.
The problem was, my friend had deleted the character in question she was using, then resurrected months later. The character had no quests or anything once rezzed so she had no clue which step she was on. It turns out she was to get on a mount at Legion Dalaran to take her to Pandaria for the shaman elemental artifact and she didnt notice the illuminated mount in Dalaran. Apologies for not posting the solution sooner.
