Help to understand Raid Vault Loot

Hi

I only play m+ but I have changed from MM to BM after the changes to MM this patch.

That means by BIS weapon is now the bow from end boss in current raid for BM.

I already have the 405 version but want the 418 version meaning having to kill end boss in HC raid.

I can prob. get a boost in my friends guild for it, but I need to understand something.

if I ONLY kill 1 HC boss in a PUG and the end boss in HC raid and not the Egg Boss before the end boss (number 7/8 boss)

Will I then have a chance for the BOW in my weekly vault the next week (if the bow doesnt drop from end boss that is).

AND if I then the next week PUG the 4 first bosses and NOT the End Boss in the next week, will I then the week after still have a chance for the bow in the 2 vault slots?

Or do I need to kill the end boss each week? (Is the bow now in my loot pool even if only killed 1 time?)

So:

1. Do you need to kill both 7/8 and 8/8 for the bow to be in the loot pool or only 8/8
2. And once the bow is in the loot pool, can you just pug 4 first each week for a chance?

most important is do you need to kill last boss each week for the bow to be there or just once and then you can kill 4/8 and still have chance of bow

You need to have killed raszageth at any point prior on the desired difficulty. This carries over from one week to the next. Killing an end or penultimate boss adds all the items from the raid’s loot pool up to that boss to the vault. This is to stop people wanting to skip killing bosses they don’t ever need to increase the odds they get items from other bosses.

Once it’s added to the pool of items you can get from your vault it won’t be removed. Killing 2/8 heroic bosses next week will still give you one vault option that can roll the heroic bow.
