Help - what is this spell making hunter immune to damage

Yes I am a noob - but I want to know what this shield spell is so I can add it to my flyplatebuffs addon. Is it Hunter specific?

At start of vid I am attacking when I shouldn’t be, because opponent is immune. Other mistakes too.

Do you know his shield spell name? Google refused. On his unit frame (mid right), a whirlwind icon and a red coloured icon disappear right before his absorb damage ends (far right, above details window). On his unit frame, at 8 seconds these icons are on 2nd row right, and 3rd row left. I could do with an addon that just lists the target’s active spell names.

Thanks, I’ve added these two spells to my flyPlateBuffs. If anyone can think of anything else it could be please let me know. The Hunter seemed to be absorbing all my damage for several seconds.

It’s probaly all resounding protection. It wasn’t aspect of the turtle, you’d have noticed that (big visual) and he wouldn’t have been able to attack you during it.

Warmode Icon
Enlisted
Aspect of the Cheetah
Aspect of the Wild
Primal Instincts
Blood Fury
Frenzy
Dance of Death
Elemental Whirl
Dead-Eye Spyglass
Posthaste
And then just Rake and Moonfire.

None of these buffs are worth tracking other than maybe Aspect of the Wild.
Other noteworthy buffs that bm hunters have are Bestial Wrath and Aspect of the Turtle.

Also your camera is making me nauseous, but whatever floats your boat I guess.
