Help with account Recovery

I haven’t been able to access my oringal account I used since 2007-2021 (or 2022 I forget) due to never backing up my E-mail I used with it. I have of course opened a ticket but I would like to know some advice of what else I can provide that may be helpful. It’s not the same playing on a new account at all.

I was able to provide the account name and email.
The answer to the secret question.
Multiple addresses.
Names of characters on there with race and realm and previous faction/race changes / ones that have been deleted.
Phone numbers used with said account but I removed it for this one so Idk if that helps.

And I provided one transaction but I have so many.

I haven’t had any luck getting my account back and I’m not having fun on a new account lol any advice what else could help? I certainly dont have the cds keys anymore unfortunatly. Also the problem with my purchases is that I have no idea which one is which unless I should provide ALL of the ones I have but I know some are for a different account.

The ticketing system is the only viable option as you need to be able to privately share personal info.

if the info you have provided so far isn’t enough the GM should be ab le to tell you what is needed - and if not you can reopen the ticket once it get closed to get it looked at by a different GM.

Video game accounts are major priority targets for hackers and this includes social engineering attacks against customer services so Blizzard are necessarily very rigorous when trying to verify the identify of users requesting account recover - which means that the process can take longer that you might like.
