I am a bit disappointed. I was a not adhering to the ToS in past, and I did recieve and deserve a 1 month ban. But after that, I (to my knowledge) did adhere to the ToS.
The issue is, I received a 6 month ban, and I was given a reason per E-mail and a different reason in the support page.
One was account sharing, which I did not do since my 1 month ban, and the reason on the support page was abusive behavior.
After asking for clarification I was shut down, no further info was given and I was locked out from responding….
I don’t think is right to treat a customer of 20 years like that. I learned my lesson from being banned and stayed away from those things. I don’t even know how to appeal this decision, because I dont even know what you think I did wrong.
