Can anyone pls tell me where’s Lorewalker Cho. He’s not in the room at the top of mogushan palace and I can’t get the intro quest from the fish guy in the Valley’s Alliance quest hub. Is there a prerequisite to make him appear there or is he just bugged? There is literally nothing in Wowhead about this which is really weird…
I could see him before 8.3. I did some of the quests. Now, I don’t see him anymore. I have a quest to turn in, which now I can’t.

You need to probably speak with Zidormi to phase back to the pre-assault valley.

I did. That’s the problem. He’s not in the pre-assault appropriate location, even though he’s present in 8.3 as a lvl 120.
