Hi guys. When I make a new load out, and save it, the silence effect on garrote disappears, and doesn’t write anymore on it, whether I choose the talent that gives the silence effect on the assassination tree or not, when I use the starter build it magically reappears. I think that happens to all my other toon classes as well. Can you help me please? Thanks.
