I am trying to get the Underlight Angler fishing rod but cannot start the Fishing Frenzy quest due to Nat Pagle not spawning. I did the previous quest which put the pearl in the fountain. I did everything I found online to get him to spawn; relogging, joining different groups to be in a different shard, going to the bank, teleporting from place to place…
Someone wrote that the quest can actually be shared and I see that as the only option left. Does someone still have the quest and would not mind sharing?
It has something to do with the TWW phase of Dalaran I believe. You need to complete or skip the TWW intro if you haven’t (I’m not really sure if a skip exists, but it’s a bit lengthy so stuff like that usually do).
I have done the whole TWW story line including the crash of Dalaran on the isle, so I’d guess there shouldn’t be a problem with that.
EDIT:
I finally got Nat Pagle to spawn, but I have no clue what caused it. I went to Dalaran whenever I wanted to quit the game just to check, and after 3 days of logging in in Dalaran he was standing near the fountain.
