Help with tiny things in new UI (fix this s***)

I want the talking head gone…like not there, can’t see it, disappear. HOW?

I want the “you’re signed to a group” green “ball” gone from where it is, and back on the minimap.

I don’t want 1 big bag, I want 5 bags, that I can position where I want them.

Currently Moveanything isn’t working well with the new UI, but these are the last things I need to “cover up” from the mess Blizzard made…

Why the long trips to grandmas house, do I have to have debuffs showing? I DONT CARE ABOUT DEBUFFS, I only play single player content, and on the once a week world boss no one dies from sht anyway.

Esc → Edit Mode (click on it…) → Expand Options (if you didn’t) → 5th on right list, uncheck it.

You can’t, it looks better this way. Way more modern and accessible.

Shift-B or open your bag manual, there is leather bag icon upper left, click on it, click on convert separate bags

You can’t.

Moveanything will be available in 2 or 3 days so DW. Blizzard did a great job not, a mess.

Don’t get me start on what is “better” because there are some things which are just not thought out and I don’t like it. The green eye ball is the same as the bags and the experience/reputation bar not movable and scalable also can’t be hidden the same as the micro bar. Blizzard’s new toggle needs to add more options.

Did you see how when you click on an item in the bags the action bars from behind the bags go infront the bags and cover the bags making it really hard to move the item on a different slot in the bags. I don’t think that is a good job done.

Love you, thanks

You have to understand that WE pay blizzard to beta test their broken $hit… it always amazed me how ppl that make addons and WeakAura stuff is lightyears ahead of blizz employees when it comes to all this… atm the game is 100% unplayable until addons come online and gets updates.

Yes i agree, some are fine just having things look new and modern, I don’t mind that in literally everything in life.
BUT, in wow, I have had the same UI setup for almost 18 years, and damn Blizzard for messing with my stuff!!!

Is it 100% unplayable? Really? You said 100%. How do I time 15 to 20 M+ keys right now? I do it. That means it is 100% playable.

There’s no check in that, there’s no check in any of the options when expanded, but talking head still pops up, debuffs still pop up, i want those gone, but I guess I will just wait for Moveanything and other addons to be updated. The only thing of the “original” blizzard UI I want to keep is…nothing.

100% unplayable you are really unreasonable and you dont pay blizzard to have a PERFECT GAME, you pay them to have a game you can play and YOU CAN PLAY IT PERFECTLY IT NOT BROKEN, also i didnt see any of your bugs tbh. There needs to be some polish on it but is not that it is unplayable really go outside for once.

Did you expand the options by clicking on them?

I don’t know man, I don’t understand how you can’t find it. Back in the years, as someone who takes 2 weeks to fully understand how VuhDo UI works, I am not someone who is a UI genius. As a greatly ordinary and average player, it takes me 5 minutes to fully understand the new UI.

You guys appreciate nothing. I can sense you just complain for complaining.

02:15, do you see Talking Head check?

Mate, It’s expanded, and all checks removed, but if you choose the talking head, there’s no option to remove it, there’s an option to move it around the screen, revert, or reset. If I untick it, it just means I can’t see the box. The talking head still pops up in situations where talking heads pop up.
I want it gone, no talking head on my monitor…ever.https://gyazo.com/56a6af3a39f6fe79739e79bf9b440329
I guess I didn’t explain it well enough, as you have not understood the problem.
Addons usually removes that damn head, addons like Moveanything or Talking head remover.

You can not completely remove it, you move it to a position that doesn’t hurt your gameplay.

There will be add-ons to remove it before DF launches, DW.

This is the result of community feedback. Back in the day, everyone liked Legion pop-up “talking heads”.

WoW in a nutshell:

  • Community complains

  • Community wants

  • Blizzard gives

  • Community complains again and again

The snake eats its own tail…

Beautiful, isn’t it?

The game is 100% playable. I messed around with the settings so im pretty happy with the results. Its way easier than setting up elvui

You don’t have to one big bag - it’s an option. Mine are positioned where I want them to be with Bartender 4 which is one of the few addons that’s actually working at the moment.

I never complained
I never wanted
They added
Now I try to get back to want I had.

Quite the difference.

The position of the 5 bags on the line (in the corner) is perfectly fine and sorted with Bartender. However when they open, they are not, I used to have that sorted with Moveanything, so I hope that’ll get fixed too.

For example

They complained about the acquisition of legendaries in Legion
They wanted another method
Blizzard added SL legendary acquisition
They complained about the acquisition of legendaries in SL
They wanted another method
Blizzard added DF legendary acquisition

And so on…

All of your old addons, although you don’t need them, will work, just don’t worry. But this new UI is a huge improvement for the game.

I somewhat agree, but over the past 18 years I’ve seen very good addons disappear (and not cos they weren’t legal, they just weren’t updated)
You can think you know what I need, but you can’t really, I need a lot less now that I don’t raid in the very top end anymore, but all I use gives me ease and quality of life while playing.
Thanks for the help anyway.
Happy hunting.

Does everybody have the issue that custom UI layouts vanish?
This is so frustrating. Various addons don’t work well currently but then when I want to use Blizzard’s new feature for editing UI layout, the effort id thrown in the trash after a relog or char switch.
