Hey guys, can somebody please explain me, what is this for and how to use it? I have two of them sitting in my bags. I’m guessing it’s for some kind of crating. Can I upgrada some of my blues with it?

Yes, it is for crafting. You can use the new crafting order system to get someone to upgrade it for you. Quality may vary with public orders so if you know anyone or trust a guild mate you can make a personal or guild order
