Help with TWW, I won't be able to play it

Hello, I hope I’m asking for help in the right forum.

I bought TWW Collector’s edition from the Gear Store back in May.

However, I recieved last monday a message from Customs in which they asked me for more info and documentation for the package. I sent everything they asked me almost instantly. Today I called and they told me the package will probably be stuck with them at least 5-6 days more.

Is there any way I can link my battlenet account with my gear store account so I can play the expansion with my friends tonight? I created a support ticket but I’m not sure if they will answer in this short amount of time.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the available funds you could purchase the digital version of the game now so you can play. When you do receive the collectors box you can then be refunded for the digital version when you register the collectors one. The downside is that the refund will be battle .net balance and not to your bank.

I know about this. But I already bought 1 year sub last month…I dont want to waste 90€ which I Will only use for subscriprion in more than one year…

I’ve finally decided to buy the digital edition and use the refunds to gift the expansion to a friend.
I didn’t want to waste more money but it seems that no party involved can or wants to help me.

Please Blizzard, next time send the physical editions sooner.
